Miraflores Hotels?

Planning to spend 5 days in Lima near the end of November. Can you help with Miraflores area hotels. Not backpackers, not afraid to pay for good hotel. Do many hotels include breakfast in the room rate?

One of my favorites is on La Paz and is called the The Place of Miraflores. Nice rooms at reasonable prices, includes a continental breakfast, free inthernet and is within walking distance of Lacomar, parque kennedy, resturants, etc. I stayed there in March/April 2009. The only drawback is that the beds were a little firm for my taste.
