If it's the one I'm thinking of that sits on it's own pier over the ocean it was about $25 US per person when we dined there back in 2006. So maybe 30-35 per person now? Bear in mind we don't drink so the price I gave was for a split app. and dinner for 2. If anything we may have had 1 drink each.
The service was very good, the wait staff was as good as a place in the same price range back home. We didn't order the most expensive items on the menu but didn't skimp either. I had a good steak can't recall what Manie had but we stayed away from fish, just because.

La Rosa Nautica
There is the link. We've been there a couple of times. My husband loves the ambiance. Lunch is lovely as you are watching the sea and the view has very nice and calming effect (I need it, when in Lima, lol). Food, nice presentation but nothing fantastic. I always go for the Lomo Saltado, and I had better ones in smaller places in Lima. I avoid seafood, not to jinx it but my girlfriend's fiancee (he was an American just visiting) got very sick after having Risotto with some shellfish. We try to go at lunch time, because at night it is pitch black and we cannot enjoy the view of the sea.
Hope you enjoy it.

Another place that my wife and I liked is the Salto de Fraile http://www.elsaltodelfraile.com/ We were there about two years ago and we really liked it. We ate kind of early and had the place to ourselves.....the girls (four and three years old at that time) got on the dance floor and had a blast discoing!!!!! I'd agree with going before nightfall so you can see the ocean.....

BTW, their bar faces the other side of the pier and it's great as well.
Hope your experience is a nice one.

There are much better places to eat in Lima now and far more reasonably priced.
I agree. Senoriodesulco.com is much better for a decent price.

Some pix and description on first Lima post of my Peru blog -- just scroll down past account of buying a car.
Recommend it: particularly right at sunset, with surfers gliding past, it's very, very pleasant; service and ambiance excellent; food good but in my view would be overpriced if not for the lovely, romantic atmosphere. Lima's a paradise for good food.
Enjoy!
